Consolidated Water Co Ltd develops, builds, operates and in some cases finances seawater desalination plants and water distribution systems in several Caribbean countries. It also manufactures and operates systems for an efficient water distribution of drinking water. The company currently operates 14 seawater desalination plants in 5 countries. Consolidated Water also operates as a water provider for both households and commercial customers. Nevertheless, the developing, building, operating and in some cases even financing of seawater reverse osmosis desalinations plants and water distribution systems is the core business of Consolidated Water. Consolidated Water has concentrated and picked out areas where naturally occurring supplies of potable water are scarce or non-existent.
